Nomenklatur was born after the meeting of Oilvier Brucker and Olivier Rossi, two militants of the French underground techno scene during a party in Ostgut Berlin, actually knows as Berghain. They decided to first build a studio, full of analog machines, and release their first album “Gift of Ages” in 2009 on Space Factory, label run by David Carretta. A first album, spreading a dark and barefacedness techno well considered and influenced by the new wave.
After a few remixes and live dates, those two friends are releasing “Fascinated by The Chaos”. Both analog and digital are part of their commitment, mixing between darkness & dreamlike quality. You can listen to the album as a whole, like the soundtrack of a modern Blade Runner. The band admits having been influenced by CP, the writer, during the writing of the album. The recall of a sick society is haunting this second album, machines are dripping with deliquescence of our industrial society.

Happy New Year to everybody and the year starts very happy indeed. Infact I am happy to begin with some hot rhythms mixed from Alex Alterskye.
Alex owns the label Freche Fruchte recordings and within this mix he introduces the fruits of success… “This mix features all 4 tracks from the forthcoming ep”, says the DJ “plus a sneak preview of an unreleased track by Humandrone soon to be released on Croatian label Burek mixed together with a few of the tunes that are rocking Freche Fruchte’s world at the moment!!!” So far the theory, lets enjoy the mix…

Colair.FM comes along with a cherry of the cake in order to say goodbye to the year 2011… It`s doubtlessly the best farewell goody I ever imagine for my show: take my DJ heros Ryan Crosson, Shaun Reeves, Lee Curtiss and Seth Troxler and get their definitions of music put together in a new mix. Wrap the thing up and there you have the latest Visionquest mix. This promotion mix especially for Colair.FM was recorded live at the Fabric Club in London in March 2011 and features timelessness songs, tracks from the past and the present to telling the story of these four great DJs.
